- Learning Programs:
You can withdraw from the purchase of a learning program to receive a full refund if:- You notify us within 14 days of your purchase.
- The withdrawal must occur no later than 30 days (one month) before the start of the program.
- Events:
You can withdraw from the purchase of an event ticket to receive a full refund if:- You notify us within 14 days of your purchase.
- The withdrawal must occur no later than 7 days before the start of the event.
