Human Connector Academy is for anyone ready to build stronger teams or vibrant communities. Sharpen your communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills to spark positive change—whether at work, events, or social gatherings. Our participants are usually:

We entrust our community

We believe that the people best suited to solve community problems are the members of the community itself. So, we’ll share with you the tools, knowledge, and provide support you need to facilitate more engaging, impactful gatherings. These meetings will add more meaning to the participants and help you deliver the positive impact you’re working towards.

After completing the academy, you’ll be invited to join the Kontakt Kollektiv community of Human Connectors. There, you will find the support and ideas to give you that little “push” in the right direction.

We’ll help you strengthen communication, build trust, and create a positive, collaborative atmosphere. You’ll master facilitation techniques, conflict resolution, and ways to foster authentic connections that drive engagement and growth.

You’ll learn simple tools to handle and resolve conflicts, like active listening, staying calm, and finding common ground. These skills will help you manage disagreements at work, in your community, or in personal relationships, creating stronger and more positive connections.
In total, Human Connector Academy takes 16-20 hours to complete, including your personal preparation before/after the sessions. There are 8 sessions that can be divided into 3 or more days or across a few weeks, depending on the edition.
Yes! All of those who complete our Academy receive a certificate.
We organise programs both online and in Hamburg, Germany.
