Natalia is a serial social entrepreneur, public speaker, and facilitator with 15+ years of international experience helping people develop social skills through training and events.

In 2023, she was named to Euclid Network’s prestigious list of Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise. She is also a fellow of the Bosch Alumni Network, ChangemakerXchange, and the Break Fellowship. Her work has received recognition from the Canadian and German governments, including the IFB Hamburg Social Innovation Award in 2022.

Now leading Kontakt Kollektiv, Natalia draws on her global expertise from working with organizations such as Danone, UNHCR, Mindvalley, L’Oréal, and IU International University. Through workshops and talks, she trains managers and changemakers in authentic, inclusive communication.

Her bold vision is to equip leaders and communities with the resources they need to foster meaningful connections and build a world where everyone belongs.

Barbara is a seasoned community builder with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Diploma (FH) in Industrial Engineering from Germany and a B.Sc. in International Business from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, USA.

Barbara has extensive expertise in the German impact ecosystem as a co-founder of Wirmarkt. She has collaborated with prestigious organisations including u.lab Hamburg, Mehrwegverband Deutschland e.V., Stiftung Hochschullehre, SEND Network, and Lufthansa. Her demonstrated track record in consulting, SCRUM, and LEAN processes showcases her ability to foster impactful initiatives, facilitate group processes, and mediate team conflicts.
